<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 10pt">Art. 1º - A 3ª Conferência Nacional de Políticas para as Mulheres, convocada pelo Decreto Presidencial de 15 de março de 2011, publicado no Diário Oficial da União, edição número 51, Seção 1, página 1, de 16/03/2011, terá o objetivo de discutir e elaborar políticas públicas voltadas à construção da igualdade, tendo como perspectiva o fortalecimento da autonomia econômica, social, cultural e política das mulheres, contribuindo para a erradicação da extrema pobreza e para o exercício pleno da cidadania das mulheres no Brasil.</SPAN></SPAN></P>

<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: center" class=ecxPa0 align=center><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 10pt">CAPÍTULO II</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 10pt"></SPAN></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: center" class=ecxPa0 align=center><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 10pt">DA REALIZAÇÃO</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 10pt"></SPAN></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 10pt">Art. 2º - A abrangência da 3ª Conferência Nacional de Políticas para as Mulhe­res é nacional, assim como suas análises, formulações e proposições.</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 10pt"></SPAN></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 10pt">Art. 3º - A 3ª Conferência Nacional de Políticas para as Mulheres ocorrerá em três etapas:</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 10pt"></SPAN></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 10pt">a) Municipal e/ou Regional: através da realização de Conferências convoca­das pelo Poder Executivo local (excepcionalmente, na sua ausência, pelo Le­gislativo);</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 10pt"></SPAN></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 10pt">b) Estadual: através da realização de Conferências Estaduais convocadas pe­los Governos Estaduais e do Distrito Federal;</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 10pt"></SPAN></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 10pt">c) Nacional: convocada pela Presidência da República e pelo Conselho Nacio­nal dos Direitos da Mulher.</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 10pt"></SPAN></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 10pt">§ 1º - As/os delegadas/os que participarão da etapa nacional serão eleitas/os na etapa estadual, devendo obrigatoriamente ter participado da etapa municipal e/ou regional.</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 10pt"></SPAN></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 10pt">§ 2º - A Secretaria de Políticas para as Mulheres organizará uma Conferência Governamental para a discussão e proposições para a 3ª CNPM no âmbito do governo federal.</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 10pt"></SPAN></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 10pt">Art. 4º - Poderão ser realizadas Conferências Temáticas.</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 10pt"></SPAN></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 10pt">§ 1º - As Conferências Temáticas são livres e poderão ser organizadas em di­ferentes formatos, tendo como objetivo contribuir para o debate das demais conferências.</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 10pt"></SPAN></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 10pt">Art. 5º - As três etapas da 3ª CNPM serão realizadas obedecendo ao seguinte cronograma:</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 10pt"></SPAN></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 10pt">I - Etapa Municipal e/ou Regional - de 1º de julho a 31 de agosto de 2011;</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 10pt"></SPAN></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 10pt">II - Etapa Estadual - de 1º de setembro a 31 de outubro de 2011;</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 10pt"></SPAN></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 10pt">III - Etapa Nacional - de 12 a 14 de dezembro de 2011.</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 10pt"></SPAN></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 10pt">§ 1º - As Conferências Temáticas poderão ser realizadas no período de 1º de julho a 31 de outubro de 2011, em nível municipal/regional, estadual ou nacio­nal e não elegem delegadas(os).</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 10pt"></SPAN></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 10pt">§ 2º - A observância dos prazos para a realização das Conferências Estaduais é condicionante para a participação das (os) delegadas (os) correspondentes na etapa nacional.</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 10pt"></SPAN></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 10pt">§ 3º - A 3ª CNPM será realizada em Brasília - DF, sob a coordenação da Secre­taria de Políticas para as Mulheres da Presidência da República e do Conselho Nacional dos Direitos da Mulher.</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 10pt"></SPAN></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 10pt">§ 4º - A fim de se garantir a plena participação da população, em todas as suas etapas, a 3ª CNPM assegurará os recursos de acessibilidade previstos nas normas vigentes no país.</SPAN></SPAN></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 10pt"> </SPAN></SPAN></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: center" class=ecxPa2 align=center><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 10pt">CAPÍTULO III</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 10pt"></SPAN></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: center" class=ecxPa0 align=center><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 10pt">DO TEMÁRIO</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 10pt"></SPAN></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 10pt">Art. 6º - Nos termos deste Regimento e para dar cumprimento ao disposto no seu artigo 1°, a 3ª CNPM adotará o seguinte temário:</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 10pt"></SPAN></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 10pt">I - análise da realidade brasileira: social, econômica, política, cultural e os de­safios para a construção da igualdade de gênero, na perspectiva do fortale­cimento da autonomia econômica, social, cultural e política das mulheres, e que contribuam para a erradicação da pobreza extrema e exercício pleno da cidadania pelas mulheres brasileiras;</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 10pt"></SPAN></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 10pt">II - definição de prioridades de políticas para o próximo período, tendo como base a avaliação, atualização e aprimoramento das ações e políticas propos­tas no II Plano Nacional de Políticas para as Mulheres, sua execução e impac­tos.</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 10pt"></SPAN></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 10pt">Art. 7º - O temário proposto para a 3ª CNPM deverá ser discutido desde a eta­pa municipal, considerando a realidade local, na perspectiva da definição de uma plataforma de políticas para as mulheres no seu âmbito, e tendo como objetivo a criação e o fortalecimento de organismos de políticas públicas para as mulheres, de acordo com o capítulo IV. </SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 10pt"></SPAN></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 10pt">Parágrafo único - As Conferências deverão ter como perspectiva a discussão do modelo de desenvolvimento na ótica das mulheres, levando em conside­ração a questão regional e local.</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 10pt"></SPAN></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 10pt">Art. 8º - A 3ª CNPM deverá propiciar o debate amplo e democrático e seu relatório final deverá refletir a opinião da sociedade brasileira, expressa no processo das Conferências, em todos os âmbitos.</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 10pt"></SPAN></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 10pt">Parágrafo único - Todas as discussões do temário e os documentos da 3ª CNPM deverão obrigatoriamente incorporar as dimensões de classe, gênero, étnico racial, geracional e da livre orientação e liberdade sexual da sociedade brasileira.</SPAN></SPAN></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 10pt"> </SPAN></SPAN></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: center" class=ecxPa2 align=center><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 10pt">CAPÍTULO IV</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 10pt"></SPAN></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: center" class=ecxPa0 align=center><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 10pt">DAS CONFERÊNCIAS MUNICIPAIS E ESTADUAIS</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 10pt"></SPAN></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 10pt">Art. 9º - As Conferências Municipais e/ou regionais e as conferências Esta­duais deverão discutir a proposição de políticas públicas para as mulheres em seus respectivos âmbitos, tendo em vista o proposto no capítulo III deste regimento, em especial o art. 7º.</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 10pt"></SPAN></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 10pt">§ 1º - As Conferências Municipais deverão aprovar uma plataforma de políti­cas públicas para as mulheres como base para a elaboração e/ou fortaleci­mento de seu plano municipal, e na perspectiva da criação e fortalecimento dos organismos de políticas para as mulheres. </SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 10pt"></SPAN></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 10pt">§ 2º - As Conferências Estaduais deverão aprovar uma plataforma de políticas públicas para as mulheres como base para a elaboração e/ou fortalecimento de seu plano estadual, na perspectiva de criação e fortalecimento dos organismos de políticas para as mulheres, além das propostas para a Conferência Nacional. </SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 10pt"></SPAN></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 10pt">Art.10 - Todas as conferências deverão ser convocadas por chamada pública, garantida a informação à Comissão Organizadora Estadual e Nacional.</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 10pt"></SPAN></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 10pt">§ 1º - As Conferências estaduais deverão ser convocadas por instrumento legal.</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 10pt"></SPAN></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 10pt">§ 2º - A organização das conferências municipais e ou regionais e a Confe­rência Estadual deverão garantir a ampla participação dos movimentos fe­ministas e de mulheres, dos diversos movimentos sociais, dos conselhos dos direitos da mulher e demais entidades e representações da sociedade civil.</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 10pt"></SPAN></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 10pt">§ 3º - As coordenações estaduais poderão estabelecer critérios de delegação para as Conferências Estaduais, a depender da realidade local.</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 10pt"></SPAN></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 10pt">§ 4º - As Conferências Municipais/Regionais, Estaduais e Temáticas deverão garantir, em todas as etapas da 3ª CNPM os recursos de acessibilidade para a equiparação de oportunidades entre pessoas com e sem deficiência de acor­do com as determinações legais e normas técnicas em vigor.</SPAN></SPAN></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 10pt"> </SPAN></SPAN></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: center" class=ecxPa2 align=center><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 10pt">CAPÍTULO V</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 10pt"></SPAN></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: center" class=ecxPa0 align=center><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 10pt">DA ORGANIZAÇÃO DA CONFERÊNCIA NACIONAL</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 10pt"></SPAN></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 10pt">Art. 11 - A 3ª CNPM será presidida pela titular da Secretaria de Políticas para as Mulheres da Presidência da República (SPM), e, na sua ausência ou impedi­mento eventual, pela sua Secretária-adjunta.</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 10pt"></SPAN></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 10pt">Parágrafo único - As discussões no âmbito da 3ª CNPM se desenvolverão sob a forma de painéis, debates de plenário e/ou grupos de trabalho.</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 10pt"></SPAN></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 10pt">Art. 12 - Para a organização, implementação e desenvolvimento das ativi­dades </SPAN></SPAN><FONT face="Times New Roman"><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt">Art. 12 - Para a organização, implementação e desenvolvimento das ativi­dades da 3ª CNPM será constituída uma Comissão Organizadora Nacional, presidida pela titular da SPM e Presidenta do CNDM e composta por quatro representantes da SPM, duas representantes do Fórum de Organismos Go­vernamentais de Políticas para as Mulheres (uma representando os organis­mos estaduais e outra os organismos municipais) e seis representantes da sociedade civil integrantes do CNDM, indicadas respectivamente pelo Fórum de Organismos Governamentais de Políticas para as Mulheres e pelo CNDM. </SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt"></SPAN></FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><FONT face="Times New Roman"><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt">Parágrafo único - A organização das Conferências Estaduais deverá constituir igualmente uma Comissão Organizadora em seu estado, observando a pari­dade entre a representação da sociedade civil e governo, que será respon­sável pela organização, implementação e desenvolvimento das atividades da Conferência Estadual. <P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><FONT face="Times New Roman"><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt">Parágrafo único - Compete à Secretaria-executiva:</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt"></SPAN></FONT></P>

<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><FONT face="Times New Roman"><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt">I - Propor e/ou elaborar textos de subsídio às discussões das Conferências Estaduais e Municipais;</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt"></SPAN></FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><FONT face="Times New Roman"><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt">II - Organizar os termos de referência do tema central e eixos temáticos, vi­sando subsidiar a apresentação das/os expositoras/es na Conferência;</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt"></SPAN></FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><FONT face="Times New Roman"><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt">III - Propor expositoras/es para cada mesa temática;</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt"></SPAN></FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><FONT face="Times New Roman"><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt">IV - Elaborar a relação de subtemas e os roteiros para os grupos de trabalho.</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt"></SPAN></FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><FONT face="Times New Roman"><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt">Art. 17- À Comissão de Comunicação compete:</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt"></SPAN></FONT></P>

<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><FONT face="Times New Roman"><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt">II - Promover a divulgação do Regimento da 3ª CNPM;</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt"></SPAN></FONT></P>

<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><FONT face="Times New Roman"><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt">IV - Promover o registro e a cobertura midiática dos principais momentos das três etapas da Conferência, visando a divulgação, bem como o arquivamento de sua memória;</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt"></SPAN></FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><FONT face="Times New Roman"><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt">V - Encaminhar e acompanhar a publicação do relatório final da 3ª CNPM or­ganizado pela Comissão de Relatoria.</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt"></SPAN></FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><FONT face="Times New Roman"><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt">Art. 18 - À Comissão de Articulação e Mobilização compete:</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt"></SPAN></FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt"><FONT face="Times New Roman">I - Estimular a organização e realização das Conferências Municipais e/ou Re­gionais e as Conferências Estaduais, como etapas necessárias para garantir a participação na etapa nacional;</FONT></SPAN></SPAN></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><FONT face="Times New Roman"><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt">II - Monitorar e orientar o encaminhamento dos relatórios e listagens de dele­gadas, das Conferências Estaduais à Comissão Organizadora da 3ª Conferên­cia Nacional nos prazos estipulados no calendário; e</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt"></SPAN></FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><FONT face="Times New Roman"><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt">III - Fazer gestões junto aos governos estaduais para garantir os recursos financeiros necessários à participação na etapa nacional das delegadas/os eleitas/os nas Conferências Estaduais e no Distrito Federal.</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt"></SPAN></FONT></P>

<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><FONT face="Times New Roman"><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt">Art. 20 - Os relatórios das Conferências Estaduais devem ser elaborados a par­tir do temário da 3ª Conferência Nacional de Políticas para as Mulheres, levando em consideração as deliberações das conferências municipais e ou regionais. </SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt"></SPAN></FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><FONT face="Times New Roman"><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt">As contribuições das Conferências Temáticas poderão ser encaminhadas para as Conferências Municipais/Regionais, Estaduais ou Nacional. </SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt"></SPAN></FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><FONT face="Times New Roman"><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt">Art. 21 - As Comissões Organizadoras das etapas Estaduais da 3ª Conferência Nacional de Políticas para as Mulheres devem consolidar relatórios estaduais a serem encaminhados à Comissão Organizadora da Conferência Nacional (se­paradamente as proposições de caráter Municipal, Estadual e Nacional) até no máximo 4 de novembro de 2011, com o objetivo de subsidiar o relatório Nacional.</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt"></SPAN></FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><FONT face="Times New Roman"><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt">§ 1º - Os relatórios das Conferências Estaduais encaminhados à Comissão Or­ganizadora Nacional deverão apresentar dois blocos em separado:</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt"></SPAN></FONT></P>

<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><FONT face="Times New Roman"><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt">§ 2º - Deverão obedecer ao roteiro previamente definido pela Comissão Or­ganizadora e ser apresentados em versão resumida de no máximo 10 (dez) laudas, em espaço 02 (dois), e encaminhados à Comissão Organizadora da 3ª Conferência Nacional de Políticas para as Mulheres por meio eletrônico para o endereço conferenciamulheres@spmulheres.gov.br até a data de 4 de no­vembro de 2011, o que não dispensa o envio via correio postal, registrado ou SEDEX, em formato impresso e uma cópia em CD para a Secretaria de Políti­cas para as Mulheres, situada na Via N1 Leste S/nº, Pavilhão das Metas, Praça dos 3 Poderes - Zona Cívico-Administrativa, 70150-908 Brasília DF.</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt"></SPAN></FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><FONT face="Times New Roman"><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt">Art. 22 - O Relatório Final da 3ª Conferência Nacional de Políticas para as Mu­lheres será resultante das propostas apresentadas e aprovadas em plenário, em âmbito Nacional. </SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt"></SPAN></FONT></P>

<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><FONT face="Times New Roman"><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt">Art. 23 - A 3ª Conferência Nacional de Políticas para as Mulheres terá a parti­cipação de delegadas/os e convidadas/os. </SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt"></SPAN></FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><FONT face="Times New Roman"><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt">Art. 24 - A plenária de delegadas/os da etapa nacional da 3ª Conferência Na­cional de Políticas para as Mulheres terá a seguinte composição:</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt"></SPAN></FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><FONT face="Times New Roman"><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt">I - Serão delegadas natas as 40 (quarenta) integrantes titulares do Conselho Nacional dos Direitos da Mulher;</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt"></SPAN></FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><FONT face="Times New Roman"><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt">II - 435 delegadas/os dos diferentes órgãos do Governo Federal indicadas/os para este fim; e</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt"></SPAN></FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt"><FONT face="Times New Roman">III - 2.306 (dois mil, trezentas e seis) delegadas/os eleitas/os dentre as/os participantes nas Conferências Estaduais, obedecendo a seguinte composi­ção: 60% (sessenta por cento) de representantes da sociedade civil, totali­zando 1.383; 30% (trinta por cento) de representantes dos governos muni­cipais, totalizando 691; 10% (dez por cento) de representantes dos governos estaduais, totalizando 232.</FONT></SPAN></SPAN></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><FONT face="Times New Roman"><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt">§ 1º - O número de delegadas/os por estado está definido proporcionalmente ao número de habitantes por Unidade da Federação e de acordo com os cri­térios adotados nas conferências anteriores.</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt"></SPAN></FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><FONT face="Times New Roman"><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt">§ 2º - A participação nas Conferências Municipais e/ou Regionais, Conferên­cias Estaduais e a composição das delegações para a Conferência Nacional, deverão observar as dimensões de classe, étnico raciais, geracional e de liber­dade sexual da sociedade brasileira.</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt"></SPAN></FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><FONT face="Times New Roman"><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt">Art. 25 - Poderão ser convidadas/os para a 3ª CNPM, pela Comissão Organi­zadora Nacional, até 200 autoridades e representantes de entidades nacio­nais e internacionais, com direito a voz e sem direito a voto.</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt"></SPAN></FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><FONT face="Times New Roman"><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt">§ único - A critério da Comissão Organizadora poderão ser credenciadas ob­servadoras, sem direito a voz e voto. </SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt"></SPAN></FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><FONT face="Times New Roman"><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt">Art. 26 - As inscrições das/os delegadas/os da 3ª CNPM deverão chegar a Brasília/DF, encaminhadas pelas coordenações das conferências estaduais, via correio eletrônico e postal à Comissão Organizadora Nacional, até 4 de novembro de 2011. </SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt"></SPAN></FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><FONT face="Times New Roman"><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt">§ 1º - Deverá ser encaminhada à Comissão Organizadora Nacional a lista de delegadas/os e suplentes eleitas na Conferência Estadual, contendo o núme­ro da carteira de identidade ou documento oficial com foto.</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt"></SPAN></FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><FONT face="Times New Roman"><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt">§ 2º - Além das delegadas/os de cada Unidade da Federação selecionadas/os, deverão ser eleitas mais 30% para o preenchimento da suplência.</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt"></SPAN></FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><FONT face="Times New Roman"><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt">§ 3º - As suplentes substituirão as delegadas/os obedecendo a ordem da listagem apresentada pelas Unidades da Federação, respeitando-se a pro­porcionalidade entre delegadas advindas da sociedade civil e delegadas go­vernamentais.</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt"></SPAN></FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt"><FONT face="Times New Roman">§ 4º - Para a efetivação da suplência, deverá ser apresentada uma carta de substituição assinada pela responsável da Comissão Organizadora Estadual ou pela delegada/o impossibilitada de comparecer à 3ª CNPM. </FONT></SPAN></SPAN></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: center" class=ecxPa2 align=center><FONT face="Times New Roman"><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt">CAPÍTULO VII</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN></SPAN></FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: center" class=ecxPa0 align=center><FONT face="Times New Roman"><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt">DAS DISPOSIÇÕES GERAIS</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt"></SPAN></FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><FONT face="Times New Roman"><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt">Art. 27 - A 3ª CNPM aprovará em sua sessão de abertura o regulamento que norteará seus trabalhos.</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt"></SPAN></FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><FONT face="Times New Roman"><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt">§1º - Durante a 3ª CNPM serão realizados trabalhos em grupo, para discussão e aprovação das propostas no respectivo grupo;</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt"></SPAN></FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><FONT face="Times New Roman"><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt">§ 2º - Serão assegurados, em todas as etapas da 3ª CNPM, os recursos de aces­sibilidade para a equiparação de oportunidades entre pessoas com e sem de­ficiência de acordo com as determinações legais e normas técnicas em vigor.</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt"></SPAN></FONT></P>
<P style="TEXT-ALIGN: justify" class=ecxPa2><FONT face="Times New Roman"><SPAN class=ecxA6><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt">Art. 28 - Os casos omissos neste Regimento serão resolvidos pela Comissão Organizadora da 3ª CNPM.</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="COLOR: black; FONT-SIZE: 9.5pt"></SPAN></FONT></P>
