Segundo o titular da pasta, José Wildes, o objetivo principal dessa ação é obter dados atuais e reais das principais necessidades de cada micro-região e estabelecer um programa voltado, principalmente, ao pequeno produtor de leite. “A
principal meta a ser atingida num primeiro momento é estabelecer a real situação da qualidade do leite obtido e também de que tipo zootécnico de bovino leiteiro esse leite está sendo produzido”, explicou o secretário. <BR></SPAN></SPAN></div>
