O primeiro retira a expressão perspectiva de gênero como uma das atribuições do recém-criado Ministério das Mulheres, da Igualdade Racial e dos Direitos Humanos, e o segundo, propõe que a política nacional de direitos humanos seja feita em conformidade com o Pacto de São José da Costa Rica, numa contundente afronta as mulheres brasileiras e na contramão de todos os compromissos internacionais como, por exemplo, os Objetivos de Desenvolvimento do Sustentável (ODS) estabelecidos recentemente pela Organização das Nações Unidas (ONU), com o apoio do governo do Brasil.</span></font></div><div style="line-height: 21.3px; color: rgb(68, 68, 68); background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"><font style="line-height: normal;" face="Calibri,sans-serif" color="#1F497D" size="4"><span style="line-height: 20.8267px;"> </span></font></div><div style="line-height: 21.3px; color: rgb(68, 68, 68); background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"><font style="line-height: normal;" face="Calibri,sans-serif" color="#1F497D" size="4"><span style="line-height: 20.8267px;">O conceito de gênero é um instrumento teórico fundamental para compreender a forma em que a sociedade traduz as diferenças biológicas de sexo em papéis sociais e expectativas de comportamento.
