<TD><STRONG>Orçamento revela baixa execução das políticas para a
autonomia econômica das mulheres<BR></STRONG>É preocupante a
situação das políticas para “autonomia econômica e igualdade no
mundo do trabalho, com inclusão social” - um dos grandes eixos do II
Plano Nacional de Políticas para as Mulheres. Vista através da lente
do orçamento público, a maior parte dos recursos autorizados para o
alcance da s <A
href="http://www.cfemea.org.br/orcamento/pdf/acoes_iipnpm_prioridadesmetas.pdf">metas
definidas no II PNPM</A> (em relação a este eixo) está no Ministério
do Trabalho e do Emprego. Entretanto, as ações dos programas que
levam a maior qualificação das mulheres para o mercado de trabalho
ou aquelas que instalam equipamentos como creches, não tiveram bom
desempenho em 2009 e nem têm aumentos significativos previstos para
