<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">Nesta terça-feira (31), em Brasília, foi firmado acordo de cooperação técnica entre a</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Times New Roman">Ministra Eleonora Menicucci</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">, da SPM, o ministro Garibaldi Alves, da Previdência Social e o presidente Mauro Luciano Hauschild, do INSS. A parceria vai permitir ações a partir do compartilhamento de informações entre os órgãos.</FONT><B></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman"> </FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">Dentre os objetivos da cooperação estão a identificação dos casos que envolvam</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Times New Roman">violência doméstica</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman"> e familiar contra a mulher e a garantia da concessão dos benefícios previdenciários e assistenciais à vítima. </FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">Também será implementada uma política de prevenção de</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Times New Roman">violência doméstica</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman"> e familiar contra a mulher, por meio de mecanismo pedagógico-reparatório de ressarcimento, por parte do INSS e da Advocacia-Geral da União (AGU), dos valores pagos a título de benefícios previdenciários em razão dessa espécie de violência. </FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">"Na prática isso significa que o INSS vai responsabilizar o agressor para que ele devolva aos cofres públicos os valores pagos pelo INSS à vítima", explica a secretária nacional de Enfrentamento à Violência contra as</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Times New Roman">mulheres</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman"> da SPM, Aparecida Gonçalves.</FONT><B></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman"> </FONT></P>

<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">São Paulo - A parceria entre a</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Times New Roman">Secretaria de Políticas para as mulheres</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman"> (SPM), o Ministério da Previdência Social e os institutos Nacional do Seguro Social (INSS) e Maria da Penha foi formalizada no final da tarde de ontem (31), em Brasília. A partir de agora, qualquer agressor que pratique violência contra uma mulher, terá de indenizar o INSS em caso de morte ou afastamento da vítima. </FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">Segundo nota da Previdência Social, na próxima terça-feira (7), o INSS deverá julgar a primeira ação relacionada à</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Times New Roman">violência doméstica</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman"> e familiar praticada contra a mulher. A data é simbólica, pois se refere ao aniversário da</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Times New Roman">Lei Maria da Penha</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">, nº 11.340/2006. </FONT></P>

As primeiras ações regressivas adotadas pelo instituto foram decorrentes de acidente de trabalho. Até o final de 2011, o INSS moveu 1.833 ações regressivas acidentárias contra empresas que descumpriram a legislação trabalhista. </FONT></P>
