<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">Merece destaque o ocorrido recentemente, na sede da Secretaria de Políticas para</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Times New Roman">mulheres</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman"> da Presidência da República (SMP-PR), com a assinatura do protocolo de cooperação para lançamento de edital para seleção de projetos de cursos de curta duração, para capacitação de</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Times New Roman">mulheres</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman"> em situação de vulnerabilidade econômica e social. Serão investidos R$ 2 milhões para capacitação de</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Times New Roman">mulheres</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman"> para atuarem em áreas de ocupação consideradas tradicionalmente masculinas como: operação de máquinas agrícolas, construção civil, mecânicas de automóveis.</FONT><B></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman"> Hoje em dia, elas dividem espaços profissionais onde normalmente eram dominados pelos homens. São arquitetas, administradoras de empresas, engenheiras, médicas, jornalistas, dentistas, sem falar na professora, presença muito forte no ensino. Apesar de toda a pressão natural dos desafios enfrentados no cotidiano, ainda assim as</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Times New Roman">mulheres</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman"> conseguem desenvolver seu trabalho sem perder a ternura que caracteriza a insubstituível figura da mãe. </FONT></P>
