<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">O Governo brasileiro aliou a onda de empregos em sectores como a construção civil e agronegócios à política para mulheres e decidiu investir dois milhões de reais (800 mil euros) na capacitação feminina para trabalhos normalmente dominados pelos homens. </FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">"A definição das áreas procurou articular os desafios de políticas participativas para as mulheres às procuras de mão-de-obra do sector produtivo local", explicou à Lusa a secretária responsável pelo projeto, Tatau Godinho.</FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">De acordo com a secretária, o programa foi desenhado em parceria com órgãos locais de desenvolvimento que ajudaram a selecionar as "vocações produtivas" de cada região, identificando também os sectores dispostos a oferecer oportunidades para mulheres.</FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">"Essa disposição indica uma abertura cultural importante para o sucesso da iniciativa", ressaltou a responsável.</FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">Realizado pela Secretaria de Políticas para Mulheres da Presidência da República, o projeto prevê a capacitação inicial de 400 mulheres para trabalhos em áreas como construção civil, metalurgia e agronegócio.</FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">"São todos sectores tradicionalmente ocupados por homens. Não temos estatísticas precisas da participação das mulheres neles, mas é possível constatar, por observação, que esta é ínfima", observou.</FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">O curso terá como foco principalmente as mulheres em situações sociais de maior vulnerabilidade, como aquelas que sofrem violência doméstica, ou as que são mães solteiras e chefes de família. </FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">"Todas as mulheres de baixo rendimento que demonstrem interesse poderão candidatar-se. As possíveis exigências prévias serão apenas relacionadas com a escolaridade, em cursos que o requisito for indispensável", explicou.</FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">A Secretaria de Políticas para Mulheres foi criada no primeiro ano de Governo do ex-Presidente Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, em 2003, tendo como um dos objetivos o planeamento de políticas de género que atuem em consonância com as diversas esferas do Governo Federal.</FONT></P>
