<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Arial">Os sete acusados no caso de</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Arial">estupro</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Arial"> coletivo na cidade de Queimadas, Agreste paraibano, podem receber a sentença na próxima semana. De acordo com o Fórum da cidade, a juíza Flávia Baptista Rocha, responsável pelo caso, está aguardando a visita de uma Comissão de Inquéritos do Tribunal de Justiça Federal (TJF) para concluir a sentença de cada um dos acusados. </FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Arial">A comissão, formada por cerca de dez pessoas, é de Brasília, Distrito Federal, e estará na cidade de Queimadas na próxima semana para analisar o processo. Ainda segundo o Fórum, uma desembargadora, especialista em crimes violentos, solicitou que a juíza aguardasse a visita da comissão à Paraíba para acompanhar o processo na etapa final e colaborar na elaboração da sentença. </FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Arial">A juíza informou que a decisão dela é independente, mas que as colocações desta comissão podem ajudar. Ela recebeu na segunda-feira (13) as alegações finais dos advogados de defesa e de acusação e a última etapa agora é proferir a sentença. Esse julgamento é referente aos sete acusados que são maiores de idade e são acusados por</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Arial">estupro</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Arial">, cárcere privado, lesão corporal e formação de quadrilha. </FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Arial">Eduardo, que é apontado pelo MP como mentor do crime, está sendo acusado isoladamente também por duplo homicídio e posse ilegal de arma. Ele será julgado pelos primeiros crimes junto com os outros seis rapazes e também será julgado à parte em júri popular pela morte das vítimas. O fórum informou que o outro julgamento dele deve acontecer ainda este ano. Já os três adolescentes têm julgamento diferente e estão cumprindo medidas socioeducativas. </FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Arial">Os acusados estão presos no Complexo Penitenciário de Segurança Máxima Romeu Gonçalves de Abrantes, PB1, desde fevereiro, quando aconteceu o crime. O Ministério Público denunciou os dez rapazes pelo</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Arial">estupro</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Arial"> de cinco</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Arial">mulheres</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Arial"> e morte da professora Isabela Pajuçara Frazão Monteiro, de 27 anos, e a recepcionista Michele Domingues da Silva, de 29. A última audiência do caso aconteceu no dia 18 de junho, quando todos os acusados foram ouvidos. </FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Arial">A acusação</FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Arial">Conforme as investigações da Polícia Civil e a denúncia feita pelo Ministério Público da Paraíba, cinco</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Arial">mulheres</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Arial"> foram estupradas e duas delas assassinadas durante uma festa. Para a polícia, os estupros teriam sido planejado pelos irmãos Luciano e Eduardo dos Santos Pereira, que teriam convidado amigos para abusar sexualmente de</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Arial">mulheres</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Arial"> convidadas de uma festa promovida por eles. </FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Arial">Os irmãos teriam simulado a chegada de assaltantes na casa e usado máscaras e capuzes para não serem reconhecidos. Duas das vítimas teriam conseguido ver as pessoas que as violentavam e por isso foram tiradas da casa e executadas. </FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Arial">Os dez rapazes estão sendo acusados por</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Arial">estupro</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Arial">, cárcere privado, lesão corporal, formação de quadrilha. Eduardo, no entanto, está sendo acusado isoladamente também por duplo homicídio e posse ilegal de arma. </FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Arial">Os adolescentes podem passar até três anos internados no Lar do Garoto, em Lagoa Seca, mas a cada seis meses poderão ser reavaliados. Dependendo do comportamento dos menores de idade, o tempo de internação pode ser reduzido. </FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Arial">O crime</FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Arial">No dia 12 de fevereiro de 2012 duas</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Arial">mulheres</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Arial"> foram assassinadas na cidade de Queimadas, no Agreste da Paraiba. Segundo a Polícia Militar, elas estariam em uma festa de aniversário em uma casa com dez homens e outras três</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Arial">mulheres</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Arial">. Os homens são acusados de estuprar as cinco e matar duas delas. As mortes teriam acontecido porque as vítimas reconheceram os criminosos. Uma delas foi morta com quatro tiros em uma rua central da cidade e a outra foi assassinada com três tiros na estrada para Campina Grande. </FONT></P>
