<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">Responsáveis por agressão a</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Times New Roman">mulheres</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman"> poderão ter que ressarcir aos cofres públicos, benefícios como auxílio-doença, pensão por morte ou por invalidez pagos a vítima de</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Times New Roman">violência doméstica</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman"> que é segurada pelo Instituto Nacional do Seguro Social (INSS). As primeiras ações regressivas - cobrança do causador o valor pago por algum tipo de indenização - foram ajuizadas há dez dias pelo instituto, por meio da Advocacia-Geral da União (AGU).</FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">No órgão não há um levantamento do montante gasto com esses benefícios. Das ações já ajuizadas, duas são de moradoras que registraram queixa por meio do Disque 180,</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Times New Roman">Central de Atendimento à Mulher</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman"> da</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Times New Roman">Secretaria de Políticas para as mulheres</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman"> (SPM). Um dos benefícios chega a R$ 156 mil e será concedido até 2030. "Além de diminuir a ideia da não punição na esfera penal em casos como este, o agressor vai sentir em seu bolso o prejuízo", avalia a advogada Erica Ferrari Della Torre.</FONT><B></B></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">Atualmente, alguns casos são levados ao INSS para ressarcimento por meio da articulação entre órgãos do Judiciário. O objetivo, de agora em diante, é fazer que, no ato da concessão do benefício, conste que foi resultante de ato de agressão, o que facilitará a identificação dos casos passíveis de ressarcimento. A partir de setembro deste ano, funcionários e médicos peritos das agências da Previdência Social (APSs) serão capacitados para identificar com mais facilidade</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Times New Roman">mulheres</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman"> vítimas de agressão.</FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">DADOS</FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">No Brasil, a cada cinco minutos uma mulher é espancada - o que corresponde a 12</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Times New Roman">mulheres</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman"> por hora. Em média, 4,4 em cada 100 mil</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Times New Roman">mulheres</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman"> são assassinadas - por esse tipo de agressão. "Com a nova medida, o agressor pode se tornar mais consciente, mas isso não quer dizer que as estatísticas mudem. Elas só mudam o histórico de agressão com a denúncia da vítima que na deve se calar", comenta a advogada.</FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">Em recente entrevista concedida à Gazeta, a titular da Delegacia de Defesa da Mulher (DDM) disse que pelo menos 30</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Times New Roman">mulheres</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman"> procuram o órgão diariamente para registrar ocorrências ou tirar dúvidas sobre agressões, denúncias e medidas que possam ser utilizadas para reverter ou acabar com essa situação.</FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">Para incentivar as denúncias, recentemente foi lançada a cartilha Quanto Custa o</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Times New Roman">machismo</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">?. Feita pelo INSS em parceria com a SPM, o material traz informações sobre os direitos e garantias e orientações sobre como deve proceder a mulher vítima de agressão. As cartilhas estarão disponíveis nas cerca de 1,3 mil APSs, em todo o país.</FONT></P>
