<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">O número de registros de agressões a</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Times New Roman">mulheres</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman"> cresceu 89,9% em um ano no Distrito Federal. De acordo com a Secretaria de Saúde, foram 1.221 casos em 2010, contra 2.319 em 2011. A maior parte das vítimas tem entre 20 e 29 anos e sofreu violência física. </FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">Coordenadora do Núcleo de Estudos e Programas para Acidentes e Violência, Lucimeire Cavalcanti disse acreditar que o índice reflete mais um esforço para que as agressões sejam notificadas do que uma maior quantidade de agressões. "É por isso que houve um aumento tão significativo. Desde o ano passado estamos fazendo um trabalho de conscientização em relação a isso", afirmou. </FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">No início do mês, o Ministério da Saúde anunciou o investimento de R$ 31 milhões no estímulo às notificações. Desse montante, R$ 100 mil serão repassados ao DF depois que o governo enviar um projeto demonstrando como pretende aumentar o combate à violência. </FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">Segundo Lucimeire, a ação tem que levar em conta a proteção a quem faz a denúncia, que pode temer uma nova agressão, e questões culturais. "Esses 'mitos' estão arraigados na nossa sociedade e a gente vem trabalhando muito para mudar isso: de que pai e mãe podem bater nos filhos se não a polícia vai bater ou que ninguém mete a colher em briga de casal." </FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">Atualmente o DF conta com 14 programas de ajuda e atendimento especializado para</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Times New Roman">mulheres</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman"> vítimas de violência, todos em hospitais regionais. Além disso, todas as 31 delegacias da capital do país têm uma sessão para suporte ao público feminino e em 1986 foi criada a Delegacia da Mulher. </FONT></P>

Entre janeiro e março deste ano, foram 303,14 ligações a cada grupo de 100 mil. </FONT></P>

<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">De acordo com a psicóloga da secretaria Vivian Dayrell, a violência contra a mulher não se refere apenas à agressão física. "Geralmente a mulher chega ao centro de atendimento quando sofreu violência física, mas o que eu observo é que a mais comum é a violência psicológica, que seria sofrer ameaça, desqualificação", disse. </FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">Uma dona de casa que preferiu não se identificar passou sete anos sendo agredida pelo marido. Da última vez, depois que levou um soco no olho, decidiu denunciar. "Eu me sentia muito humilhada, ficava com vergonha porque ele me xingava na frente de todo mundo. Ele ficava me xingando de tudo o que é nome", contou. </FONT></P>
