<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">Os programas de apoio às vítimas de</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Times New Roman">violência doméstica</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman"> podem passar a contar com recursos financeiros de um fundo especial criado para esse fim. O Fundo Nacional de Amparo a</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Times New Roman">mulheres</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman"> Agredidas (Fnama) é previsto no PLS 109/2012, do senador Jayme Campos (DEM-MT), já aprovado na Comissão de Direitos Humanos e Legislação Participativa (CDH) e atualmente à espera de relator na Comissão de Assuntos Econômicos (CAE). </FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">Segundo o projeto, o Fnama servirá para conceder ajuda financeira às vítimas de</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Times New Roman">violência doméstica</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman"> no valor mínimo de R$ 622, durante 12 meses.</FONT><B></B> <FONT FACE="Times New Roman">O fundo, a ser administrado pela</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Times New Roman">Secretaria de Políticas para as mulheres</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman"> (SPM), também deverá financiar treinamento profissional com objetivo de facilitar a recolocação das</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Times New Roman">mulheres</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman"> no mercado de trabalho.</FONT><B></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman"> </FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">Os recursos do fundo viriam de 10% do recolhimento anual de multas penais; de doações feitas por pessoas físicas e jurídicas; de contribuições dos governos e organismos estrangeiros e internacionais; e de aplicações no mercado financeiro nos termos da legislação pertinente. As doações ao Fnama poderão ser deduzidas pelo contribuinte do imposto devido na declaração do Imposto de Renda. </FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">O autor do projeto diz que o fundo cria uma alternativa para as</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Times New Roman">mulheres</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman"> que, em razão da dependência financeira, encontram-se aprisionadas a uma estrutura familiar "violenta e falida". O temor da fome e da miséria, segundo ele, provocaria uma acomodação a humilhações e agressões quase diárias.</FONT><B></B> </P>
