<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">No encontro realizado ontem, no Hotel Vilar Mar, no bairro de Amaralina, em Salvador, representantes de 23 municípios e a</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Times New Roman">Secretaria de Políticas para as mulheres</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman"> do Estado (SPM) firmaram um acordo com o</FONT><B></B> <FONT FACE="Times New Roman">governo federal para a criação do novo fórum de gestoras de políticas para as</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Times New Roman">mulheres</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">.</FONT><B></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman"> </FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">Entre as metas do grupo estão o fortalecimento da rede de enfrentamento à violência, dos organismos governamentais que tratam da temática da mulher, qualificação dos equipamentos e serviços de apoio às vítimas. </FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">A secretária de Políticas para as</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Times New Roman">mulheres</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">, Lúcia Barbosa, ressaltou a importância da iniciativa, e disse que a meta é construir um novo Pacto de Enfrentamento à Violência, uma das condições para o estado avançar na captação de recursos junto ao governo federal. </FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">Segundo a secretária, o "desafio é superar os índices de violência contra o público feminino". Ela alertou para os dados do Mapa da Violência 2012, que colocam a Bahia em 6ª posição no ranking nacional de homicídios femininos. </FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">A representante da</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Times New Roman">Secretaria de Políticas para as mulheres</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman"> da Presidência da República (SPM-PR), Karina Morelli, afirmou que a integração das estratégias dos entes federativos é a melhor forma de constituir políticas públicas para a área.</FONT><B></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman"> </FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">"Fazer o chamado aos municípios, por exemplo, garante uma melhor compreensão das problemáticas de cada território e localidade. É lá que as pessoas vivem", enfatizou Morelli. </FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">Bahia repactuada A secretária Lúcia Barbosa disse que, com o início do processo de envolvimento dos municípios, o próximo passo é o Governo do Estado repactuar ações com o governo federal, medida que deverá ser concretizada até o final deste ano. </FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">O pacto é um acordo federativo entre União, estados e municípios pelo qual os entes se comprometem a enfrentar todas as formas de violência contra a mulher. Inclui a dimensão da prevenção, assistência, enfrentamento e garantia dos direitos às</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Times New Roman">mulheres</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">.</FONT></P>

<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">A Secretaria Estadual de Políticas para as</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Times New Roman">mulheres</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman"> (SPM) inicia hoje, em Salvador, uma série de encontros com representantes de municípios baianos para debater o novo Pacto Estadual de Enfrentamento à Violência contra as</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Times New Roman">mulheres</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">. O objetivo é propor novas estratégias e ações para assegurar a proteção e o combate ao fenômeno da</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Times New Roman">violência doméstica</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">, renovando compromissos na lógica de alinhamento entre governos, seguindo também as diretrizes do pacto nacional em vigor.</FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">Estarão presentes no evento, que tem início às 9h, no Hotel Villamar, em Amaralina, a secretária da SPM, Lúcia Barbosa, e representantes de organismos municipais de políticas para as</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Times New Roman">mulheres</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">. A intenção do Governo do Estado é fazer um diagnóstico da situação atual na área, repactuando com os municípios um conjunto de iniciativas, a exemplo da ampliação das estruturas governamentais com foco na temática de gênero, orçamentos, fortalecimento de conselhos, novos equipamentos de atenção às vítimas de violência, entre outras medidas, a partir da integração territorial.</FONT></P>
