A titular da</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Times New Roman">Secretaria de Políticas para as mulheres</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman"> chegou a relatar torturas que recebeu nos anos de ferro.</FONT><B></B></P>
