<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">Segundo Conar, para os consumidores, a imagem sugeria desrespeito ao trabalho da polícia </FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">O Conselho Nacional de Autorregulamentação Publicitária (Conar) decidiu por unanimidade determinar a retirada da campanha "Duloren - Pacificar foi fácil. Quero ver dominar". Em decisão de segunda instância, em 31 de julho, após julgar recurso da marca de lingerie, por unanimidade os conselheiros do Conar mantiveram a decisão de maio, que recomendava a suspensão da propaganda. Segundo o relatório do Conar sobre o recurso impetrado pela Duloren, "numerosos consumidores questionaram anúncio em internet de marca de lingerie que mostra foto de uma jovem negra trajando roupas íntimas e segurando um quepe militar com ar desafiador. Ao fundo, aparece um homem ressonando, com uniforme desabotoado que lembra a farda dos policiais cariocas, tudo ambientado no que sugere ser a laje de uma casa em uma favela carioca". Ainda de acordo com o Conar, para os consumidores, a imagem sugeria desrespeito ao trabalho da polícia e também à imagem feminina, além de expressar racismo e machismo. </FONT></P>
