<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">Um americano admitiu que estuprou uma mulher e abusou sexualmente de um pônei, no Alabama. </FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">Eric Steven Easley colaborou com um acordo judicial e, por já ter passado 14 meses na prisão, foi condenado a mais 22 meses, completando apenas três anos de reclusão. Inicialmente, o americano havia sido condenado a 15 anos de prisão. </FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">Segundo o jornal americano Huffington Post, os investigadores do caso não ficaram satisfeitos com a negociação e com a nova sentença de Easley. De acordo com o advogado do acusado, a redução de pena aconteceu por causa de "assuntos legais" envolvendo a vítima do estupro. </FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">Easley foi preso após uma mulher denunciar que ele havia invadido sua casa e a estuprado por várias horas. </FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">Há dois anos, Easley já era considerado criminoso sexual, quando um pônei foi encontrado com o rabo amarrado em um poste e com sinais de abuso sexual. Na cena do crime, a polícia encontrou a carteira e documentos de Easley. </FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">O americano foi julgado por crueldade contra animal, violência doméstica e teve a pena reduzida por assumir o estupro contra a mulher e o animal. </FONT></P>
