<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">O Fórum Nacional de</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Times New Roman">mulheres</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman"> Trabalhadoras das Centrais Sindicais (formado por Força Sindical, CTB, CGTB, UGT e NCST) encerrou na última segunda-feira (10) a mobilização internacional de 16 dias de Ativismo de Combate à Violência Contra as</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Times New Roman">mulheres</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">. Para marcar a data, as sindicalistas promoveram um Seminário para reforçar a discussão da Comissão Parlamentar Mista de Inquérito de Enfrentamento a violência contra a mulher e seus resultados.</FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">O evento, realizado no Sindicato dos Engenheiros do Estado de São Paulo, contou com a presença de diversas categorias como metroviários, correios, metalúrgicos, professores, trabalhadores em Água, Esgoto e Meio Ambiente, entre outras que lotaram o Auditório do Sindicato para analisar e debater os resultados da CPMI e elaborar estratégias eficientes de enfrentamento à violência contra as</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Times New Roman">mulheres</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">. Além das representantes das centrais, participaram da abertura o vice-presidente da CTB, Nivaldo Santana e da vice-prefeita eleita de SP, Nadia Campeão, que surpreendeu as participantes ao anunciar a criação da</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Times New Roman">Secretaria da Mulher</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman"> de São Paulo.</FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">"Nosso compromisso com as</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Times New Roman">mulheres</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman"> é profundo, por isso a criação da Secretaria das</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Times New Roman">mulheres</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman"> em São Paulo, a partir de 1º de janeiro. Tenho orgulho, em especial, dessa secretaria, que promoverá o debate e forte intervenção nas questões da</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Times New Roman">violência doméstica</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">, assédio e da igualdade de oportunidades. Será um espaço de ação concreta em São Paulo. Temos quatro anos pela frente e precisamos de apoio para construir uma secretaria forte, que veio para ficar", afirmou Nádia Campeão.</FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">Nos 30 anos decorridos a partir de 1980 foram assassinadas no país perto de 91 mil</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Times New Roman">mulheres</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">, 43,5 mil só na última década. O número de mortes nesses 30 anos passou de 1.353 para 4.297, o que representa um aumento de 217,6% - mais que triplicando - nos quantitativos de</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Times New Roman">mulheres</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman"> vítimas de assassinato.</FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">De acordo com o Mapa da Violência 2012, de 1996 a 2010 a taxa de assassinatos de</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Times New Roman">mulheres</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman"> girou em torno de 4,5 homicídios para cada 100 mil</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Times New Roman">mulheres</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">. Espírito Santo, com sua taxa de 9,4 homicídios em cada 100 mil</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Times New Roman">mulheres</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">, mais que duplica a média nacional e quase quadruplica a taxa do Piauí, estado que apresenta o menor índice do país.</FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">Dados da Central de Atendimento à Mulher (</FONT><B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">ligue 180</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">) revelam aumento da formalização das denúncias. Os atendimentos da central subiram de 43.423 em 2006 para 734.000 em 2010, quase dezesseis vezes mais.</FONT><B></B></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">"Esse Seminário visa fortalecer a Audiência Pública promovida pela CPMI de Enfrentamento à Violência. Porque esse debate não deve ser feito apenas hoje, mas todos os dias. É preciso cobrar a Aplicação da</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Times New Roman">Lei Maria da Penha</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">, porque a violência contra as</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Times New Roman">mulheres</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman"> ainda é muito grande. O poder público e o judiciário precisam unificar as forças para reverter esse cenário, disponibilizando ferramentas e ações que visem conter essa demanda", destacou Raimunda Gomes, a Doquinha, secretária da Mulher Trabalhadora da CTB.</FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">Doquinha alerta para a necessidade da criação de medidas que facilitem a denúncia, como a ampliação das Delegacias da Mulher e seu horário de funcionamento. "Atualmente temos apenas 16 delegacias, em um país tão grande e com um quadro tão grave de</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Times New Roman">violência doméstica</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">. Além de serem poucas, essas delegacias funcionam apenas em horário comercial", revelou a dirigente.</FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">Integrante da mesa, a deputada federal Keiko Ota, que é vice-presidente da CPMI de Enfrentamento a violência contra a mulher, relatou alguns pontos importantes sobre o trabalho realizado ao longo deste ano entre os quais, que o Brasil ocupa o 7º lugar em números de assassinatos de</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Times New Roman">mulheres</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman"> em função da</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Times New Roman">violência doméstica</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">.</FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">"O foco do trabalho desta CPMI não é somente acabar com as mortes, mas com qualquer tipo de violência que ocorre contra as</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Times New Roman">mulheres</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">", enfatizou a deputada que "um dos principais motivos pelo aumento da violência contra as</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Times New Roman">mulheres</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman"> é o medo das vitimas em denunciar os seus agressores".</FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">Keiko alertou a todos que participavam deste Seminário que é preciso elaborar medidas para que as</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Times New Roman">mulheres</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman"> possam levar às autoridades propostas para não só combater a violência, mas para prevenir e proteger as</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Times New Roman">mulheres</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman"> e punir rigorosamente os seus agressores. </FONT></P>
