O órgão aderiu à iniciativa durante o lançamento do novo portal</FONT><B> </B><A HREF="http://www.compromissoeatitude.org.br"><B></B><U></U><U><FONT COLOR="#0000FF" FACE="Arial">www.compromissoeatitude.org.br</FONT></U><B></B></A><B></B><FONT FACE="Arial">, que reúne doutrinas, jurisprudências, estatísticas e artigos sobre a </FONT><B><FONT FACE="Arial">violência doméstica</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Arial"> e familiar e a </FONT><B><FONT FACE="Arial">Lei Maria da Penha</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Arial">. O evento, que também marcou o início da campanha compromisso e atitude na Região Sul, ocorreu no Tribunal de Justiça do Estado do Paraná (TJ-PR) na sexta-feira.</FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Arial">A juíza Luciane Bortoleto, que auxilia na coordenação das ações do CNJ relacionadas à </FONT><B><FONT FACE="Arial">Lei Maria da Penha</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Arial">, informou que o ingresso do CNMP se deu por meio da assinatura de termo aditivo ao acordo de cooperação que criou a campanha. A magistrada destacou o significado da adesão do CNMP, responsável pelo planejamento estratégico e fiscalização do Ministério Público brasileiro.</FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Arial">O novo portal se destina aos profissionais da área jurídica, principalmente àqueles que não têm familiaridade com a matéria, mas que, em algum momento, precisam lidar com ela. Além de notícias, informações sobre a legislação referente à violência contra a mulher, o portal Compromisso e Atitude possibilita o acesso a convenções e tratados internacionais, normas, recomendações e manuais. O portal inclui dados, doutrinas e jurisprudências sobre a Lei Maria da Penha, que torna mais rígida a pena para quem comete violência contra as mulheres, permitindo a prisão em flagrante e preventiva dos agressores. O site é voltado para operadores da Justiça.</FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Arial">Na mesma solenidade será lançada no estado a campanha Compromisso e Atitude pela</FONT><B><FONT FACE="Arial"> Lei Maria da Penha </FONT></B><FONT FACE="Arial">- </FONT><B><FONT FACE="Arial">A Lei É Mais Forte</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Arial">. O Paraná ocupa a terceira posição em assassinato de mulheres, de acordo com o Mapa da Violência 2012, do Centro Brasileiro de Estudos Latino-Americanos e do Ministério da Justiça. O objetivo da campanha é acelerar o julgamentos dos casos, garantir a correta aplicação da lei e mobilizar operadores e operadoras da Justiça e toda a sociedade brasileira para o enfrentamento da violência contra as mulheres.</FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Arial">A campanha conta com a veiculação de filme publicitário em emissoras de televisão aberta e segmentadas, anúncios em portais de internet e ações em redes sociais.</FONT></P>
