É o que prevê projeto de lei aprovado, em caráter terminativo, na Comissão de Assuntos Econômicos (CAE) que cria o Fundo Nacional de Amparo a </FONT><B><FONT FACE="Arial">mulheres</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Arial"> Agredidas (FNAMA). A matéria ainda precisa ser analisada nas comissões da Câmara dos Deputados, votada no plenário e sancionada pela presidente Dilma Rousseff para começar a valer. Caso aprovada, </FONT><B><FONT FACE="Arial">mulheres</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Arial"> vítimas de violência passarão o dinheiro por até 12 meses - o valor pode ser reajustado anualmente. O fundo também pretende oferecer treinamento profissional para viabilizar a recolocação das vítimas de agressão no mercado de trabalho.</FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Arial">O acompanhamento dos casos de agressão é feito por meio do </FONT><B><FONT FACE="Arial">ligue 180</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Arial"> - </FONT><B><FONT FACE="Arial">Central de Atendimento à Mulher</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Arial">, da </FONT><B><FONT FACE="Arial">Secretaria de Políticas para as mulheres</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Arial"> da Presidência da República. Apenas de janeiro e junho deste ano, 388.953 </FONT><B><FONT FACE="Arial">mulheres</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Arial"> foram atendidas - uma média de 64.825 por mês. O DF lidera o ranking de denúncias do País, com 625 denúncias para cada 100 mil </FONT><B><FONT FACE="Arial">mulheres</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Arial">.</FONT></P>

<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Arial">Além de doações de pessoas físicas e jurídicas, e contribuições governamentais e de organizações internacionais, o fundo terá 10% da arrecadação anual de multas penais. Caso a secretaria adote os atendimentos do </FONT><B><FONT FACE="Arial">ligue 180</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Arial"> como critério para o benefício, o impacto aos cofres públicos deve ficar em torno de R$ 40,3 milhões - aumentando com aqueles casos cujo valor ultrapasse R$ 622</FONT></P>
