Em mais da metade dos casos, elas sofrem tentativa de homicídio. Na madrugada da última quarta-feira (23), quando os policiais invadiram o local, ele a matou a facadas.</FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">Outro caso, também em São Paulo, foi registrado por uma câmera de segurança. Um homem atirou contra a ex-companheira, que foi atingida por vários tiros e morreu. Apesar da confissão do crime e de ter passagens pela polícia, o assassino vai responder em liberdade.</FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">A empresária Luciana Silva sofreu com a violência do marido e, mesmo depois da separação, continuou sofrendo ameaças. "Eu casei com um príncipe que se tornou um sapo. Ele era um 'gentleman', ele seduziu a mim, a minha família, os meus amigos e foi se transformando em uma pessoa agressiva, agressiva com palavras, humilhações e chegou ao ponto de eu sair de casa escoltada pela polícia", relata.</FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">A empresária registrou 10 boletins de ocorrência contra o ex-marido. Na última terça-feira (22), ele foi preso em regime domiciliar. Mesmo com ele detido, Luciana afirma não ter perdido o medo.</FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">Nem mesmo dentro de um hospital, em</FONT><B></B><U></U><U> <FONT COLOR="#0000FF" FACE="Times New Roman">Santana do Livramento </rs/rio-grande-do-sul/cidade/santana-do-livramento.html></FONT></U><B></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">, no Rio Grande do Sul, uma mulher ficou protegida. O ex-marido de Fernanda, Rodrigo Moreira, disparou cinco vezes contra ela, que foi atingida na cabeça, mas sobreviveu. Ele foi preso.</FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">A violência contra as mulheres acontece em todo o país. Em Maceió, só em janeiro deste ano já são 274 casos registrados. O problema é que a maioria desiste de levar o processo adiante. "Elas chegam dizendo que não querem ofender seus maridos, não querem prejudicá-los por questão de emprego, por conta de pedido dos filhos. Elas alegam vários pedidos para renunciar", afirma Paulo Zacarias, juiz de violência doméstica e familiar contra a mulher.</FONT></P>
