Todos são alunos dele, entre 10 e 13 anos de idade. Segundo a denúncia da promotoria, ele molestou as vítimas sexualmente, em diversas ocasiões.</FONT></P>

Depois se aproveitava deste contato com as vítimas para praticar os abusos sexuais. A lei prevê para estes casos pena de 8 a 15 anos de reclusão. Atualmente, Riella está recolhido no Presídio Central de Porto Alegre.</FONT></P>
