<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Arial">Prêmio de empreendedorismo recebeu 5.400 inscrições em todo o país</FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Arial">Levantamento realizado pelo Sebrae com dados da pesquisa GEM (Global Entrepreneurship Monitor), que ouviu 10 mil pessoas em 2012, mostra que a taxa de empreendedorismo por oportunidade das </FONT><B><FONT FACE="Arial">mulheres</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Arial"> subiu de 39% em 2002 para cerca de 65% no ano passado.</FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Arial">Isso significa que menos </FONT><B><FONT FACE="Arial">mulheres</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Arial"> têm aberto um negócio por necessidade (como em caso de desemprego) e que aumentou a motivação por empreendedorismo.</FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Arial">Já levantamento da FNQ (Fundação Nacional da Qualidade), que entrevistou 30 das 65 finalistas da etapa nacional do Prêmio Sebrae Mulher de Negócios, mostrou que 97% das finalistas dizem acreditar que o Brasil tem grandes oportunidades para empreender.</FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Arial">Entre elas, apenas 7% abriram negócio por necessidade financeira, enquanto 39% o fizeram por terem vontade de empreender.</FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Arial">Para o superintendente geral da FNQ, Jairo Martins, o otimismo relatado pelas </FONT><B><FONT FACE="Arial">mulheres</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Arial"> empreendedoras reflete um aumento da atividade econômica em diferentes regiões do país.</FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Arial">GESTÃO E SUPERAÇÃO</FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Arial">Para o diretor-presidente do Sebrae, Luiz Barretto, durante os anos de realização do prêmio é possível notar, além do aumento do número de empreendedoras, mais qualidade nos negócios comandados por </FONT><B><FONT FACE="Arial">mulheres</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Arial">.</FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Arial">"Elas têm buscado cada vez mais cursos, oficinas e consultorias sobre como investir e melhor administrar sua empresa. Em geral, têm mais disposição para aprender do que os homens."</FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Arial">Porém, segundo Barretto, o preconceito ainda é a maior barreira para elas.</FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Arial">"Muitas </FONT><B><FONT FACE="Arial">mulheres</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Arial"> precisam superar a desconfiança dos familiares, dos fornecedores e dos parceiros comerciais para buscar espaço num mercado cada vez mais competitivo", afirmou Barretto.</FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Arial">Para Martins, o perfil das empreendedoras premiadas tem se modificado. Antes, o que chamava a atenção eram histórias de superação de dificuldades.</FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Arial">Agora, chama a atenção a capacidade de gestão e a busca por conhecimento pelas candidatas.</FONT></P>
