<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">A Polícia Civil fez nesta terça-feira (5) a reconstituição de um suposto</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Times New Roman">estupro</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman"> ocorrido em uma casa noturna de Santos, no litoral de São Paulo.</FONT><B></B> <FONT FACE="Times New Roman">Uma jovem afirma ter sido violentada sexualmente por um segurança do local e outros dois rapazes. Os trabalhos duraram cerca de seis horas e contaram com a presença da vítima e todos os suspeitos.</FONT><B></B></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">Segundo a delegada Déborah Lázaro, que comanda as investigações, foram fotografados os atos, o que os envolvidos fizeram quando chegaram na danceteria e o que teria acontecido depois que eles conheceram a vítima.</FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">O advogado de defesa de um dos jovens afirma que seu cliente viu a vítima sendo levada pelo segurança, passando por ele. Teria visto também a jovem bebendo tequila no balcão. O representante de outro suspeito diz que a jovem, no primeiro momento, conheceu dois rapazes que ainda não foram ouvidos pela polícia. Alega também que existe um outro homem com o mesmo nome do segurança, que também não foi ouvido.</FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">Outro advogado de defesa diz que a suposta vítima mudou a versão durante a reconstituição, dizendo que o segurança não esteve em nenhum momento no banheiro, e que não se recordava de ter sido violentada sexualmente, que teria apanhado. A advogada da casa noturna confirma essa informação, diz que ela se refere apenas a socos e pontapés, que em nenhum momento ela fala em</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Times New Roman">estupro</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Times New Roman"> ou conjunção carnal.</FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">O advogado da vítima diz que ela não mudou a versão, apenas estava emocionada por estar vendo os agressores, tanto que teve de ser retirada momentaneamente do local da reconstituição. Segundo ele, a jovem não se lembra com riqueza de detalhes do ato de violência sexual.</FONT><B></B></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Times New Roman">O Instituto de Criminalística vai emitir um laudo sobre a reconstituição e depois disso pode ser feita uma acareação com todos os envolvidos. </FONT></P>
