<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Arial">Uma estudante de 18 anos foi agredida pelo namorado com uma vassoura e ameaçada por ele com uma faca. O caso aconteceu na noite de quinta-feira (21), na casa do rapaz, no bairro Riviera da Barra, em Vila Velha. O suspeito, o auxiliar de elétrica Rogério Moreira Majeski, 32 anos, foi preso. A vítima contou à reportagem que, antes da agressão, o casal discutiu quando trafegava em uma motocicleta. </FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Arial">Após a discussão, o rapaz abandonou a jovem em uma estrada deserta no bairro Santa Paula, em Vila Velha. Sem dinheiro para a passagem, a estudante conseguiu uma carona até a casa de Rogério, pois precisava pegar documentos e objetos pessoais. Mas o suspeito, segundo a vítima, não permitiu que ela pegasse os pertences e tentou obrigá-la a dormir no local. Uma nova discussão aconteceu, e o suspeito ameaçou a jovem com uma faca. </FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Arial">A estudante contou que ele chegou a encostar a faca na barriga dela, deixando uma marca. Rogério ameaçou de morte a namorada e, não satisfeito, agrediu a vítima com uma vassoura. O objeto atingiu a cintura da jovem, que ficou com um hematoma. A estudante caiu no chão, agonizando de dor. Após uma vizinha interferir nas agressões, ameaçando chamar a polícia, Rogério parou de bater na vítima e deitou no sofá. </FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Arial">"Ele é tão valentão que não acreditou que eu tivesse coragem de denunciá-lo", afirmou a vítima. Mas ela teve coragem e, quando conseguiu recuperar as forças, foi até um orelhão - ele havia "confiscado" o chip do celular dela - e ligou para o número 190. Quando policiais militares chegaram ao local, Rogério estava deitado no sofá, contou a jovem. </FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Arial">O casal foi levado para o Plantão Especializado da Mulher, no bairro Ilha de Santa Maria, em Vitória, onde prestou depoimento. O suspeito foi autuado por lesão corporal e ameaça na forma da</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Arial">Lei Maria da Penha</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Arial">. Foi arbitrada fiança de R$ 800, que não foi paga. Segundo a polícia, Rogério foi encaminhado para o Centro de Triagem de Viana. A vítima foi encaminhada para o Departamento Médico Legal (DML), para realizar exames de lesão corporal. </FONT></P>
