<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Arial">Uma turista estrangeira com cerca de 20 anos foi estuprada e roubada por três homens numa van de transporte alternativo na madrugada de anteontem no Rio. </FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Arial">O namorado dela, na mesma faixa etária e também estrangeiro, foi algemado, espancado e roubado, e assistiu a tudo sem poder reagir. </FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Arial">As identidades e as nacionalidades deles não foram divulgadas pela Polícia Civil. </FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Arial">Segundo o delegado Alexandre Braga, da Deat (Delegacia Especial de Apoio ao Turista), os namorados estavam, cada um, em um apartamento alugado em Copacabana. Passavam temporada no Brasil e tinham vínculos no Rio, basicamente amigos. </FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Arial">Eles embarcaram na van perto da meia-noite na avenida Nossa Senhora de Copacabana, em Copacabana, zona sul, com destino à Lapa, no centro. Na rua Duvivier, ainda em Copacabana, mais pessoas entraram no veículo. </FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Arial">No caminho, em Botafogo, foi anunciado um assalto. O dinheiro foi recolhido e todos obrigados a descer, com exceção do casal de turistas, que passou a ser alvo do bando. Uma barra de ferro foi usada para agredir o jovem. </FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Arial">A ação durou seis horas. Sob o poder dos suspeitos, o casal saiu do Rio, passou por Niterói e São Gonçalo, retornou ao Rio, voltou a São Gonçalo e foi deixado na rodovia BR-101, em Itaboraí. </FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Arial">Nesse intervalo, foram feitos saques em caixas eletrônicos com os cartões das vítimas. Os bandidos chegaram a levar a turista de volta a seu apartamento para que ela pegasse um novo cartão. </FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Arial">Após serem abandonados, o casal procurou o consulado e depois foram para a delegacia. "O relato preciso deles ajudou a gente a chegar aos suspeitos, depois reconhecidos", disse Braga. </FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Arial">Segundo o delegado, a van pertencia a um homem que repassou a permissão de uso -legalmente só entre Niterói e São Gonçalo- a terceiros. Esses, segundo o delegado, emprestaram o veículo aos suspeitos dos crimes. </FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Arial">Dois dos três homens foram presos em flagrante cerca de 12 horas depois pela Polícia Civil em São Gonçalo. </FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Arial">O terceiro está foragido. A polícia investiga a participação de uma quarta pessoa no crime, menor de 18 anos. </FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Arial">Segundo o delegado, Jonathan Froudakis de Souza, 20, e Walace Aparecido Souza Silva, 22, foram indiciados por corrupção de menor,</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Arial">estupro</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Arial"> e roubo com agravantes. </FONT></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><FONT FACE="Arial">Eles permanecem na delegacia porque mais vítimas podem reconhecê-los. Após ver a imagem dos suspeitos na internet, uma mulher de Niterói foi à delegacia e os reconheceu como autores do</FONT><B> <FONT FACE="Arial">estupro</FONT></B><FONT FACE="Arial"> que sofreu no dia 23. </FONT></P>
